In July 2005 the first stage of the redevelopment of Rollestone finally began after a long wait for planning permission and various legalities to be sorted. Before the diggers could move in to clear and level the area in preparation for the buildings, Chris had to remove the trees and overgrown hedgerows in the area. The above area is where one of the agricultural barns will be. Currently the remains of sheep pens can just about be seen amidst the rubbish and undergrowth! |

The exisiting house needs just a touch of renovation....! It will be knocked down and rebuilt 20 metres or so from it's original location |
