Holme Park Kossette

Breed: Trakehner Height: 16.3hh Year of Birth : 1991 (14 years old) Colour: Black Bred by the renowned Holme Park Stud, Holme Grove Kossette is a black Trakehner mare graded and approved for breeding with the Trakehner Breeders Fraternity. Out of Holme Park Kalahari and by one of the Stud's foundation stallions, Holme Grove Istanbul, she is an exciting addition to our breeding program. Her grandsire Argument was the sire of the highly successful Grand Priz Dressage horse Nobelist Anthony. Kossette is a well built mare, being more substantial than our other 3 trakehners, although like them, she boasts the exceptional paces and intelligence that the breed are known for. Tragically Kossette gave birth to stillborn twins at 8 month gestation in December 2005 which were missed when she was scanned Holme Park Kossette is kindly on loan from Mr K Hillier.
