How to Find Us

From the North

Get off the M5 at Junction 29, turning right at the traffic lights

Continue through more lights until you get to a big roundabout and take the right hand exit - onto Ambassador Drive

Straight over the Next 2 roundabouts until you hit more lights. Stay in the left lane onto Pinhoe Road.

As you approach Sainsburys on your left get into the right hand lane and take a right atthe lights - remaining on Pinhoe Road

Keep on Pinhoe Road, under a railway bridge, through a couple of sets of lights until you get to a set of lights with Henry's Bar on the corner - Take a right here onto Mount Pleasant Road, and then take the 3rd exit at the roundabout, followed by an immediate left up the slip road with the white house on the corner, Rosebarn Lane

Go all the way up Rosebarn Lane throughe the housing estate until you hit a T Junction - turn right onto Pennsylvania Road

Take a right into Stoke Valley Road and then immediately take the unmarked tarmac track on your left - before you get to California Close

Continue down the track until you reach us - be sure to take the right hand fork in the bridleway or you WILL get stuck!

From the South

Leave the A30 at Ide, taking the first exit, onto the A377, you will see a riding school on the corner to your left

Keep on the A377 until you go underneath a railway bridge and then you will see Next and pizza hut on your left as you approach a big roundabout. Ignore the 1st 2 exits and then go over the river and take the next exit (possibly signposted to the univeristy or Station). This is Bonhay Road

Stay on this road, go past the Mill on the Exe pub, and under a railway bridge. You then see St Davids Staion on your left and you will reach a funny double roundabout. Go straight over these onto Cowley Bridge Road, which is sort of the 2st exit off the second roundabout!

Stay on this road until it joins New North Road and then continue along that until you hit a roundabout.

Take the 3rd exit into Wrefords Drive and then stay on this all the way to the top where you turn right opposite Hilltop Riding school - our not so friendly neighbours...

Turn left onto Stoke Valley Road and then take the immediate unmarked tarmac track on the left and follow the track to the farm
